Made of stainless steel with beautiful brown handles in natural color variation. The knives date from the mid 20th century, approximately 19551965, and represent solid German craftsmanship. Solingen is internationally known for quality knives, and model no. 56 is the factory's internal model designation for this shape and handle type. The handles are probably
