2021/2020, Moulin de Beau Puy Crémant Destemming and vatting à wholeFrom the same terroir as the Cuve "Les Pucelles". Well mastered Cabernet Franc with a balanced fruity and fresh mouthfeel. Serious bottle but still pretty juicy. A longer ageing period on this cuve brings more volume and length in the mouth. Best with stews like boeuf bourguignon.
