The grapes are grown on terraced slopes at altitudes of up to 800 meters around Aymavilles and Saint Christophe. The alpine climate, with its cold nights and windy summers, lends the wine its noticeable freshness and elegant minerality. The wine opens with delicate floral notes and tropical fruit citrus. The taste is
