The characteristic green cardamom from Sri Lanka is hand picked from September and gently dried in the sun to preserve its beautiful light green color. The cardamom is intense and aromatic with notes of citrus, eucalyptus and a pleasant sweetness. It is brilliant in baked goods for example. cardamom rolls and buns.
