Tobella Salt del Llop 2021 David Finlayson Cab et al 2020 complemented by hints of violetsTobella Salt del Llop 2021 is a characterful and authentic red wine from Priorat in northeastern Spain an area known for its dramatic terraces, shale rich soils (llicorella) and intense, mineral wines. The name Salt del Llop means Wolfs Leap and refers to the wild and rugged landscape where the vineyards cling to the steep slopes at altitudes of 300500 meters. The wine is made from a classic Priorat blend of Garnacha (Grenache) and Cariena (Carignan)
