2020 Chinon La Croix Boissée Blanc Bernard Baudry VINIFICATION The grapes are harvestedThe Bernard Baudry La Croix Boisse Blanc wine comes from Chenin Blanc clusters grown on heavily eroded slopes facing south, where limestone and siliceous soils predominate. Vines planted between 1994 and 2004 and harvested manually. The grapes ferment slowly in 500 litre oak barrels until the yeasts have consumed all the residual sugar to produce a dry white wine (with less than 2 grams of sugar per litre).
