The Hearach matured the entire time in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled with 46 vol. % alcohol, without coloring and not chill filtered. Aroma: First, winter aromas of cinnamon and orange peel as well as clove emerge, reminiscent of the Christmas season. Green notes of herbs paired with white chocolate are added. Taste: On the palate
