The grapes for this extraordinary Kabinett come from the exclusive monopole vineyard Lambertskirch, a steep parcel high above the Saar, not far from the renowned Ayler Schonfels. The vineyard owes its name to the nearby Lambertus Chapel and was replanted with great effort by winemaker Florian Lauer over a decade ago. The fully ripe grapes
