Zelen translates as green in German. For the Burja Zelen, Primoz Lavrencic uses vines aged between 5 and 10 years. In the current vintage, the grape juice was left in contact with the skins for 2 days before undergoing 7 months maturation in stainless steel tanks. This process gives the Zelen a character all of its own. Its colour is
