The name "Change" stands for the generational change at our winery: a departure for new creations and more complex taste experiences. An unusual composition that perfectly combines the full bodied character of the Chardonnay, the fine aroma of the Auxerrois and the minerality of the Pinot Gris with a hint of wood.
