Les Gosses - Valle D'Aosta DOP 2022 La Cantina di Cunéaz Nadir Barbera Corvina 45%Composed of old, typically Aosta Valley varieties, namely 60% Vien de Nus, 25% Petit Rouge, and 15% Vuillermin, cultivated in young vineyards located in Jovenan and Gressan. Harvesting takes place at full ripeness, generally during October, always manually in small crates. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then left to ferment with their skins for 15 days. After racking, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months, with
