Vinification takes place with temperature controlled fermentation in Ganimede fermenters, which allow for gentle extraction to preserve the wine's smoothness and aromatic quality. The colour is bright ruby red , the aroma is slightly fruity , while on the palate it is dry, crisp, with the right body , with a balanced
