Philippe Pacalet, Meursault Blanc other_regions cherry and tobacco hold court(from 5 different vineyards). Notes of matchstick and hazelnut add breadth to the mostly white orchard fruit and acacia blossom scented nose. The medium bodied flavors possess more evident minerality on the bone dry and youthfully austere finish that is presently a bit tough and attenuated. I suspect that this will flesh out and unwind with a few years of bottle age.
