Bruno Clair, Gevrey Chambertin Vintage:2016 (from Vergers proper)(this blend is mostly from En Carougeot with small amounts of Jouise plus the 1er portion of Belair and young vines Clos des Fontenys). A very ripe nose is composed by notes of various purple fruit scents that are nuanced by ample amounts of earth, forest floor and the sauvage. The sleek, intense and well detailed medium bodied flavors possess good depth and sneaky length on the moderately rustic finish. This well made effort is very Gevrey in
