Nicolas Jay, Nysa Pinot Noir Size:6x750ml softer-styled Galatrona was delicious toComing from the Dundee Hills, this wine takes on a youthful magenta ruby color and is highly expressive, offering layered notes of pine, spices, dark berries, cherry cordial, red highlights, and delicately sanguine, dusty earth. Its medium bodied, with fine tannins and a lovely linear drive, though it remains ripe and approachable. Its a lovely wine all around, and I would be thrilled to drink it over the coming 10 12 years.
