Domaine Rouge Bleu Dentelle Blanc, 2023 Trebbiano extended barrel aging in FrenchFresh lemon & lemon curd, mango & juicy orange, fragrant jasmine. Palate is layered and vibrant with citrus, mellowed with lemon meringue. Guided by organic and biodynamic principles, produced with minimal intervention and wild yeast fermentation. Low yielding, old & deep rooted vines gives a pure expression of the terroir of the region influenced by hot Mediterranean summers and the fierce Mistral wind.
