Vincent Girardin, Meursault Perrieres Blanc Brut Zero It seems to be developingA ripe and nicely fresh nose reflects notes of mineral reduction, pear, dried flowers and hints of white peach quinine, all of which is trimmed in admirably discreet wood nuances. The mouth coating and beautifully delineated medium weight flavors brim with minerality, all wrapped in a linear and penetrating finish where, much like the Charmes, a pungent salinity gradually emerges. This ever so mildly austere effort could use better depth, but the firm
