This is very Nuits in style and is going to require extended cellaring to soften the firm tannins but it should more than repay your patience
Patience will be required
require plenty of bottle age
The middle weight flavors possess a highly sophisticated mouthfeel that is at once delicate but quite punchy while exuding a subtle minerality on the bone-dry finale that just goes one and on
but that leanness is just part of the 2012 vintage
Roulot, Corton Charlemagne other_regions_italy This is very Nuits in(from Les Languettes in Aloxe and Hautes Mourottes in Ladoix). This is also admirably pure, cool and elegant with its array of green apple, wet stone, white flower and a plenitude of subtle spice elements. The sleek, intense and well detailed flavors are definitely not as dense, but they do flash equally good minerality on the impressively lengthy finale. This is also quite good, but it cant quite match the Chevalier overall excellence.
