Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask La Mente Bourbon Brandy fruit driven wine with citrusThis one is pretty special, oloroso sherry is the first barrel finish expression we started with at Doc Swinson's. That's right, the one that started it all! We found this to be one of our favorite finishes, as it plays exceptionally well with our base whiskey, Doc thirty six twenty one blenders cut bourbon. We find that oloroso sherry adds significant complexity & mouth feel while layering in notes of roasted nuts, spices & orange peel.
