It combines a highly absorbent hydropolymer matrix with bacteria binding Sorbact mesh (Sorbact acetate fabric coated with dialkylcarbamoylchloride DACC) and is covered by a semi permeable polyurethane film. The fixation border is made of a latex free adhesive hydrogel. Product composition: semi permeable polyurethane film, highly
