The bartender (who was famous for his big friendly mustache) was intrigued by the cinnamon the baker was using. He added a small quantity of this cinnamon to a Rum and Cream creation he was making. The result was wonderful. The bartender exclaimed Horchata! Which communicates FANTASTIC!!
