Dom Michel Sarrazin has been one of our favourite burgundydydy producers, never disappointing with the quality of the Givry 'lieux dits' or Bourgogne level wines. Michele's notes: Bold and bright magenta. Pretty florals and berry fruits on the nose. Soft and luscious palate. There's a fine, savoury line though and a tasty, slightly chalky finish.
