This variety forms a low, non spreading clump of rounded, blue green leaves, flushed with purple. Glistening pink star flowers appear in late summer, clustered at the ends of each stem. Also well suited to growing in tubs or alpine trough gardens. Deciduous in winter, the stems should be trimmed back in early spring. A good
