Bonny Doon Vineyard Picpoul, 2021 Gamay Mediterranee IGPSummer ripe melon, honeydew + pear on nose. Rounded, soft palate with peaches, lime zest + lime juice core. Picpoul is from the south of France, where it's produced traditionally in a zippy, high acid style. This California edition is softer, smoother showing a different side of this fun grape which is blended with 10% Grenache Blanc. This wine is one of winemaker Randall Grahm's efforts to recenter Bonny Doon's focus on producing more thoughtful
