The Visciole di Cantiano is an antique variety of wild sour cherry listed on the Slow Food Ark of Taste grown on Vicario's family farm at Villa Sant'Andrea in Cortona, Italy, in a small orchard carefully cultivated from wild plants found on the property. The cherry never
