17th Century Chinese Coromandel Panels Reserved A Robert "Mouseman" Thompson kneeholeA pair of framed Kangxi period coromandel lacquer doors. China, circa 1689 90. Height 3ft 2in (96. 5cm). Width 3ft (91. 5cm). Depth: 2cm The final three image show the reverse side of the panels. These panels were part of a folding room screen depicting "A Bed full of Tablets" a Kangxi period dramatization of the Guo Ziyi legend.
