Isager Alpaca 3 - sky Luna Model 142 is knitted inISAGER ALPACA 3 is a "tubespun" yarn that contains 50% wool and 50% alpaca. It is the same quality as Alpaca 2 but feels completely different because it is so airy, which is due to it being "tubespun." If you knit with 1 strand of Alpaca 3, it becomes a wonderfully light sweater even though the yarn is thick. The yarn works best when knitted with thick needles.
