Sencha Asamiya – Yabukita Chūmushi (100g) Sojafri thin and crispyOrganic and beautiful green Sencha made from 100% high quality Yabukita cultivar from the first flush (Ichibancha) from the mountainous Asamiya region of Japan. The tea leaves are gently steamed immediately after harvest for a medium duration (Chmushi) to inactivate oxidation, and then traditionally rolled to form the characteristic needle shape.
